23/08/20. I'm all for Nicola's speed and clarity of advice but there are some restrictions on bars and
restaurants that are preventing them getting back to profitability. In Jeremiah's Tap Room to observe social
distancing they need to operate a one way system which means when you go to the loo you then need to exit
the pub, today in the rain and come back in to get to your table. No background music also seems harsh. It's
like being in a bar on the Moon....just no atmosphere
24/08/20. While the Clowncil led by McVay not only repeat the same mistakes they make bigger ones. The
tram extension down Leith was always an unnecessary waste of £millions but now with thousands of
Edinburgh citizens working from home or with no jobs to commute to it will be an even bigger white elephant.
