REVIEWING OFFERS
A lot goes into an offer besides just price. You want to take a look at the terms and conditions as well. We will go over all of the pros and cons to make sure you accept the offer that makes the most sense for you.
INSPECTION
Typically, within the first week after accepting an offer, the buyer will want to conduct their inspections on the home. We will work with the buyer’s agent to coordinate a time that works best for all parties. You will want to leave the home during this time to allow the inspectors and the buyers uninterrupted time with the home. This typically takes about 3-4 hours, but we will keep you informed when we reach this stage.
