APPRAISAL
The buyer’s lender will order an appraisal to be conducted on the home, which generally occurs after the inspection period. You will want to leave the home during this time as well. We will meet the appraiser at the home to provide them with market data on the recently sold homes along with a list of any upgrades or additions you’ve added. This typically takes about an hour.
BUYER WANTING ADDITIONAL ACCESS
Sometimes the buyer might want to come in to measure or bring a family member in as the closing day gets closer. They generally are doing some shopping for the home and are excited about the move. We ask for plenty of notice so it doesn’t interrupt your day to day, and as long as it works for your schedule, it is always nice to accommodate.
