governed economy. A burgeoning export-driven economy.

Across entire spectrum of development, Bangladesh offers so many
development innovations and solutions - some of which are replicated

globally. Adapting fast to climate change, she has one of the least

carbon footprint. Regarded for her contribution to liberal values, global

norms, notwithstanding her level of development or circumstances.
Moving quietly yet firmly as an open - responsive - stable - responsible
State, as a compact between State and a responsible civil society, as a
harmonious - tolerant - pluralist society.
