m The essential purpose of using amino acids is to relieve the stress of plants and stimulate their
growth and development By using amino acid products, the plant receives a strong stimulus for
further intensive growth, is healthier and more resistant to pathogens, absorbs nutrients better and
becomes more capable of producing higher and higher yields. The need for amino acids usually
IK^kR becomes obvious in critical growth stages, and they are instrumental in effective improvement of the
■ST harvest and its quality. They are most effectively absorbed through foliage of the plants. Proteins in

gjUlB the plant, like in any living organism, perform structural, metabolic and transport functions. Only L-
amino acids can be used as an additional source of amino acidsfor the plant.
