Introduction to the foundation principle and
skills of housing and interiors. This course Chefery 2 is an advanced laboratory course
addresses both interior and exterior design that builds on previous learning. The course

Chefery 1 is a food preparation course with
an emphasis on technique and theory. Class
time is used for actual preparation of food.
The course is designed to touch on many
areas of food preparation to help young men
and women prepare meals in an independent
living situation. We will discuss how our
food and diet has changed over time as well
as explore the latest food issues that affect
Americans. This course must be taken before
Chefery 2.
