Learn to Love
If I could teach the world one thing today,
It would be to love in the simplest way.
In today's world, love is put on hold,
So that we can follow everything we're told. Although what we're told is not always right, At the end of the tunnel, love is the light.
Growing up, we are told to use our minds.
To think, to create, and to decode signs.
Stop over analyzing and over criticizing,
And take some time to start realizing
That in this world, it's not about numbers and charts. So maybe all we have to do is think with our hearts.
I say to the world, "Let's take our chances!" Stop worrying over foolish circumstances. Status may seem to rule in power, but it's a lie. I hope that people will understand before I die That love is power! It can conquer all!
Love will pick us up whenever we fall!
Success should not be measured by material things, But instead by all the love each of us brings.
Trust in one another and wait and see
What happens to the world and what it can be!
It can be a better place. There's always room for improvement. So hop on board with the "just love movement".
It's so simple that it sounds so silly, I know.
But it could work, so don't slow down. Just go! Go out and love, respect and be respected. Because even if no one at all expects it,
It could still work. Just give it some time
For people to start to look at what’s inside.
