Magical Cubes
During the night the refrigerator grumbles, With the chilly interior creating magical cubes, Into my cup it spits the drink refreshers, Throughout the liquid the effects are spread, During my sip I become refreshed.

I’m always awake in the night.
I find that the day is too bright, But it gives me a scare
When I trip on a stair.
I guess I would like better sight!

The universe was coming undone holidays were merging together The wreath on my door was made of four leaf clovers My younger brother opened a present only to find it contained Easter Eggs The cars of my train set were loaded not with mini toys, but fireworks The Christmas tree was now a giant jack-o-lan- tern with hearts carved into it I went to get the cookies out of the oven only to discover they were now a turkey The sun was shining, there were no clouds in the sky but it was snowing outside Pinocchio came to my door dressed as Uncle Sam with a heart shaped Halloween basket On instinct I filled it with cranberry sauce He wished me a happy New Year as I told him to have a happy Veterans Day
