Raises$10,000 for
Tuition Assistance
Red, White & Brew’n was a great evening! On Friday, March 3, over 425 alumni, parents, and friends enjoyed sampling 17 di erent wines, three cra beers, and a variety of delicious foods. Each guest received
a stemless wine glass etched with the Padua Bruin logo and the opportunity to win cash and prizes by purchasing ra e tickets.
It takes a dedicated team of talented people to make a successful event. We appreciate the contributions of the many alumni, parents, and friends who created this memorable experience. Chris Raymont ’99, Mike Campo ’75, Je Tkachik ’88, Mike Frantz ’04, and Dan Stupka ’92 served wine and beer throughout the evening. Brian Raymont ’06 emceed. Retired history teacher Larry Pizon, his wife, Chris, and Kammy Shuman ’88 sold ra e tickets. Nick Marra ’76 and Groovy CandiesTM were responsible for the candy bar. Departing guests lled cups with tootsie rolls, root beer barrels, and chocolate balls.
e evening would not have happened without the leadership and dedication of Brian and Elaine Heinzerling ’86 who have organized the event for the past seven years. Since its inception in 2011, alumni, parents, and friends have gathered to raise over $40,000 to support Padua’s student nancial assistance program.
