                The goal of ALIVE CODE        is to assist people in confronting their traumas by
                utilizing a Health & Wellness Coach that they feel comfortable in. Over-time,
                they will move forward into a state of healthy living, with the ability to live
                their lives to their fullest potential. The result is a gradual change of
                thoughts, feelings, and behaviors within the very situations that precipitated
                a people to seek therapy in the  rst place.

                Journey and learn about the Smudge Pot Theory to my life.



                By acknowledging that everyone has issues, you free yourself to look for
                solutions. By de ning the problem, your mind will now start searching for an
                answer. You will learn to come alive and start  ghting to make positive
                changes for a happier and healthier life.


                Smudge Pot Theory’s goal is to give you tips and tricks to make yourself and
                your life feel stronger and happier. Through sharing my life stories and how I
                learned to overcome many setbacks and hardships, my goal is for you to

                understand that the darkest corners can be illuminated, and the heaviest
                hearts can be lifted.


                ALIVE CODE      is a Five-Tier  program based on Rational Emotive Therapy,
                Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Rational Living designed to assist
                Behavior Health Care Optimization Program.
