Hiring managers will be notified via email of the NPAS committee’s decision. The NPAS committee makes
every effort to complete the verification process and notify the manager within 1 business day of
receiving external applications.

5. Submitting the Offer

After verification by the NPAS committee, the hiring manager will submit the official job offer for the
candidate. NE/HR recruitment will then notify the applicant of the offer.

Annual Evaluation

After initial verification during the hiring process, the department manager is responsible for ensuring that the
nurse continues to meet the Standards and Behaviors of their clinical level annually.

The CN III or CN IV need not reapply or resubmit a professional portfolio to the NPAS Committee at any point
unless seeking a new promotional opportunity.
