There are many holistic sessions throughout the retreat

that we welcome you to enjoy, however they are all

optional. We respect and encourage you to reconnect

with your intuition and let your heart guide you to

participate in the selection of sessions.

Located in West Auckland's renowned Waitakere

Ranges. The retreat is located on Lone Kauri Road atop a

ridge overlooking the "Wild West Coast", known for its

year-round surf and stunning sunsets, and Waitakere

bush.

Only 45 minutes from central Auckland, Karekare

is a place of tranquil power and beauty, with a long

beach of fine black iron-sand, spectacular rugged and

historic coastline populated by a small environmentally

sensitive community.
