Those wanting to do just the day retreat are
welcome to arrive anytime between 7 – 8:30am on
Saturday 9th November.
As the next morning we will have a morning Mind
Body Movement session at 7am to welcome the sunrise
and the new day. You are welcome to explore and
shower, easing in the morning.
Breakfast at 8:30am.
After Breakfast we will take a short 5km drive down to
the famous Karekare falls and Karekare beach to
explore the surrounds and do a Walking Meditation in
nature and have a mindfulness session near the water.
