Energy Hygiene

Before going out for the day or when you feel dense energies around, simply think

about, imagine and visualize yourself completely surrounded in divine light.

You can also protect and elevate the energies of loved ones, home, work, pets and

possessions.

You can create very powerful and effective shields - but they are not permanent
and need to be re-done every 8 hours or so.

Divine light is a loving, high vibration, conscious energy which will protect and

uplift you at the same time.

There are different colours to choose from and each have a slightly different

purpose.

If you aren't sure of what colour to use, simply ask for the colour of light which will
most serve the highest and greatest good for the situation.
