Energy Hygiene

Here are a few light colour examples:

White Light
The standard for energy shields because it embodies all the colours of the

rainbow which is incredibility powerful and effective. It automatically invokes the
presence of your Angels to keep you safe and protected.

Pink Light

It is the energy of Love and compassion. It also protects against negativity in all
forms. When you surround yourself, another being, or place in Pink light you are

sending pure Love.

Green Light

This divine light has healing energy which cleanses, heals and uplifts. Great for
healing yourself or others that may be ill.

Gold Light

Boosts your confidence, creativity and spiritual inspiration. Gold carries an
extremely High Vibration. Gold light makes a wonderful outer shell and can be

used in conjunction with an other light shield colours.

Purple Light

Purple light will protect against negativity, align you with divine guidance and
elevate your spiritual vibration simultaneously. It carries the energy of the Violet

Flame of Transmutation.
