Age Related Changes
to the Periorbital and Midface:
A Case Study
ABSTRACT
A 71-year-old man presented to the author’s practice for the replacement
of an ocular prosthesis that had been fitted 10 years earlier. On examination
it was apparent that the patient had gone through profound changes in the
appearance of his facial features. These changes necessitated a significant
redesign for his replacement prosthesis compared to the design of the initial
prosthesis.
