DEHUMIDIFIERS
Dehumidifiers. Once again these need to be left on at ALL times. They are not to be unplugged or turned
off. Leave these units on to keep moisture and mold from growing. If you have any questions
PARKING
Please leave 1/2 a car width on either side of your unit walkway this will give emergency vehicles access to
the building. This has been requested by emergency services.
LEASING
A vote was made to amend section 6.7 of our Declaration which deals with leasing. See leasing

DRYER VENTS
It was decided that cleaning of dryer vents would be the responsibility of the Unit owner. It was suggested
that the cleaning be done on a regular basis.[MINUTES JULY 31, 2014]
COMPENSATION
It was voted to compensate all board members at a rate of 50% of their monthly dues.

PETS
Registered and State approved service dogs are allowed for someone with a hearing or sight disability.

No pets allowed any condo owner. No visiting pets of such nature are allowed with the exception of Seeing

PORCH
It was voted to keep colors on porches/terrace/decks walls as gray and white only. The walls can be any
