                           Governor Newsom issued a proclamation terminating California’s COVID-19 State of Emergency
                           effective February 28, 2023. As such, the County of Monterey is actively working on updated
                           existing COVID-19 policies, procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with ongoing
                           California Division of Occupational Safety and Health (CalOSHA) COVID 19 workplace
                           requirements.
