Many employees do not realize that they still have time to submit reimbursements for eligible Flexible
Spending Account and Dependent Care Assistance Program services received in plan year 2022. The
deadline to submit your reimbursements is March 31, 2023. Any reimbursements received after this date
will no longer be eligible.

Do you have any outstanding 2022 Flexible Spending Account or Dependent Care Assistance Program
reimbursements that have not been filed yet? Time is running out; you have until March 31, 2023, to file
these reimbursements. Any reimbursements not filed by the deadline will no longer be eligible. Any funds
rolled over into 2023 will not be available until April 1, 2023.

How to Submit Your Reimbursement
If you have already created an account, you may submit your reimbursement(s) online. You may also
download the paper claim form using the links provided below. If you need additional support submitting
your reimbursement, please contact the Flexible Benefit Administrators at 1-800-437-3539.
