Christ makes us whole and complete (Heb 3:7–4:14). We can place our hope in the fact that Christ
transcends all human traditions and even surpasses previous revelations of God. He is the very image of
God in human form, and He deserves our full devotion.
Instead of focusing on our hardships, we are called to join with the “great cloud of witnesses” who have
gone before us, to fix our eyes on Jesus, and to live in faithfulness to Jesus no matter the cost (Heb 11).
