time. By practicing your lesson plan, you will get a good idea whether you have to divide the content
over two weeks, or change a method, or make any other adjustments in the plan, so that the lesson can
be taught in the time span permitted.

Oh, by the way. If you finish before the bell, your class will be delighted. They won’t be upset with you.
However, they will not be too happy if your class goes over 15 minutes.

5. Final Preparation is again Prayer.

You are now open to the Holy Spirit to guide your plans. You have done what you can do to prepare to
be used of God. Make sure you walk into your class in the power of the Holy Spirit to share with them
God’s truths that can change their lives.

Now relax and enjoy your time with the class as you implement the prepared plan.

6. The more you do it, the easier it gets.

As you mature as a teacher, you will find that each class will become easier to teach and practice times
will get shorter. You will be able to relax more and your communication skills will increase. As you grow
in Christ as a teacher, the students in your class will be more and more blessed that you are their
teacher. The work does not decrease significantly, but the process becomes more relaxed.
