            a new convert, so that he will not become conceited and fall into the condemnation incurred by the devil.  And he
            must have a good reputation with those outside the church, so that he will not fall into reproach and the snare of
            the devil.

            8 Deacons likewise must be men of dignity, not double-tongued, or addicted to much wine or fond of sordid gain,

            9 but holding to the mystery of the faith with a clear conscience.  These men must also first be tested; then let
            them serve as deacons if they are beyond reproach.

            Pastoral work is the highest calling. The Bishop is called live a high standard.

            1.  Above reproach
            2.  The husband of one wife
            3.  Temperate
            4.  Prudent
            5.  Respectable
            6.  Hospitable
            7.  Able to teach
            8.  Gentle
            9.  Peaceable
            10. Free from the love of money.
            11. Proper Household Management.
            12. Exemplify Spiritual Maturity
            13. Good reputation.

            The Deacon is called to live a high Standard.
            1.  Dignity
            2.  Clear conscience.
            3.  Beyond reproach.
            4.  Husband of one wife
            5.  Good manager of his household.

            The women must likewise be dignified and faithful in all things.
