Hello South Texas Region,
Can you believe the summer months are right around the corner? It seems like just yesterday we were together in Florida celebrating NNI’s 100th anniversary! It was an amazing time filled with fun, excitement, and key learnings! We were introduced to the new Edge selling model which incorporates a customer-centric approach to unlock better business outcomes. There were so many outstanding high-level examples shared at this meeting! We are excited to share this issue of The South Texas Selling Edge! We will focus on the three High Performing Mindsets of this new Edge selling model- Emotional Intelligence, Account Centricity, and Business Ownership. Each sales group is focused on setting priorities for each of our respective brands. We all know that our success is based on how we approach our business and how we work together to create positive change with our customers, their staff, our pharmacies and ultimately the patients. There have been many celebratory moments but also some challenges. Together, we will elevate our interactions with customers, help one another, and continue our mission to be better every day.
