To reiterate, the work was being done long before this POA began. Executing our plan required lots of patience, communication, and trust. Although it did not happen overnight, it is great to see that our plan working.
You all were able to not only grow Breadth, but you were also able to grow Rybelsus Depth. San Antonio SW had a 43.4% Rybelsus TRX % volume increase in your top 100. We all have Rybelsus Dabblers, they have tried it, but they are not growing with Rybelsus. How were you able to get your HCPs who were already writing R to write more?
Every opportunity for a hallway discussion, an EPI (breakfast, lunch, snack) or a dinner presentation is greatly appreciated. We both remain humbled and grateful for their time and we are very empathetic to our customers and the challenges of managing patients in the middle of a pandemic. We focus our efforts to help our customers find solutions with our NNI products. Our customers recognize our passion and commitment to what Rybelsus can do to help their patients and our ask is for them to gain some experience for themselves. Once they have written it for a few patients, we follow up with them to gain some insight to how their patients are doing with it.
San Antonio SW finished #4 on the Ozempic South Texas Leaderboard. Are there any words of wisdom you can share with the South Texas region as to how you two have been able to balance selling Rybelsus and Ozempic?
For us, nothing is more important than our reputation and our credibility. Our goal is to be great resources for our customers, and for many of them, they already have some experience with Ozempic and prefer to focus on clarifying questions regarding efficacy, safety, dosing, and titrating. We both believe that if our discussions are geared towards doing what is best for them and their patients, both products will benefit.
