2.2 JOB SAFETY ANALYSIS (JSA)

For the safety reasons to these operations, we had a thorough toolbox meeting with Master,
Chief engineer, and Chief Officer of MT Sinar Mataram regarding safety and preparation
before we did underwater inspection. The following is the document for safety measures.
