Based on the purchase order no. 809056 confirmation on 4 of October 2022 by email from
University of Melbourne concerning the implementation of underwater cleaning of sensor
glass MT Sinar Morotai an located-on Tanjung Gerem Anchorage, Merak - Indonesia.
Underwater cleaning of sensor glass MT Sinar Morotai was commenced on November 6, 2022.
It had been visual inspection used underwater camera by diver before the diver execution
cleaning of sensor glass. This report is made on basis of as is condition during underwater
cleaning was taken.
