2. DETAILED UNDERWATER WORK

2.1 Summary Underwater Cleaning of Sensor Glass
The Underwater Visual Inspection of MT Sinar Morotai was carried out as per instruction of

Representative University of Melbourne before commenced the Underwater work for
Cleaning of Sensor Glass MT Sinar Morotai, which area included:

1. Underwater Cleaning of sensor glass.
2. Underwater Visual Inspection (photograph)

The diver carried out a visual inspection (Photo) and cleaning of sensor glass as requested by
Representative University of Melbourne. Generally, of Visual Inspection revealed no damage,

deformity, or another anomaly during the time of visual inspection.
2.2 Detailed Underwater Work

PT Samudera Mbiantu Sesami commenced the Underwater Cleaning of Sensor Glass MT
Sinar Morotai on November 06, 2022, and successfully concluded underwater work in same

day.
