Had incited you? Wouldn’t that worsen
The chances of you emerging unharmed?
And what if that adversary were armed?”
Wanda looked at the possibilities.
“You’re right: one should avoid hostilities
When the outcome you would like to savor
Is uncertain to be in your favor.”
“So, let’s have that darn dancing lesson now;
You might be the best one to show me how:
About my clumsiness you must be discreet,
And I know that you won’t step on my feet.”
