Someone unpleasant I know at my job
Called me a name: intellectual snob.
Wisely I did not reply, “If that’s true,
How can I justify speaking with you?”

Fishy

As cats catch
As cats can,
A cat scans
A can’s catch.

Vitamancy

Later on I might get ill:
Lacking am I in which pill?

I thought I was too big
To fit in this corner;
Fittingly I just had
A corner on big thoughts.

Mother Nature was heard to say,
Washing her hands in milky whey,
“Children are so mobile, squirming
When they get a global worming!”
