Jen Tsang, Board Secretary, I’ve Got Your Back
Jen serves as Secretary on the IGYB Board of Directors and works for Salesforce, a company that believes businesses can be a platform for change. Through her colleague network of volunteer enthusiasts, Jen launched the IGYB Kindness website igybkindness.org. She has worked with many New Hampshire organization communities sharing our mission with our IGYB ambassadors, including the Manchester School District, the Granite YMCA, High Hopes Foundation of NH, the Boys and Girls Club, and more in an effort to share the foundation the foundation with as many communities as possible. Jen’s favorite activity is being a mom to her daughter who is an avid figure skater, skier, and flutist
Susan Ward, MTSS-B Consultant, Southeast NH, Office of Social & Emotional Wellness, NH DOE
Susan Ward works as the MTSS-B Consultant for the Southeastern region of New Hampshire for the NH Department of Education. She assists districts engaging in MTSS-B to integrate behavioral and mental health supports and services for students. Her past experience includes working as an elementary school teacher and serving as the Outreach and Career Development Coordinator for Beacon College, the first college in the US to offer bachelor degrees exclusively to students with learning disabilities. Susan holds an MA in Mental Health Counseling, a BS in Education, and a BA in Liberal Arts.
