You will need:
comfortable, stretchy clothes a flat, open space
yoga mat (optional)
Cat and Cow
Get down on all fours, like a table, with a straight back and your eyes on the ground.
As you breathe in,
lift your head to look forward (but don’t tilt your head too far back) and arch your back so your tummy curves down towards the ground. This is cow pose – moo!
As you breathe out, round your back
and pull your tummy button in towards your backbone, with your arms straight and your head hanging down. This is cat pose – meow!
