To make your icing, use an electric hand mixer to beat together your cream cheese, butter, icing sugar and vanilla extract.
Use a third of the icing to sandwich your two cakes together. Set aside two or three really big spoonfuls
of the icing into two small bowls. Then spread the remaining icing over the top and sides of your cake, until it is all covered.
In your first small bowl, carefully squeeze in four drops of orange food colouring and mix to create orange icing. In your second small bowl, add four drops of green food colouring and mix well.
Finally, put your orange icing into a piping bag and ask your grown- up to help you squeeze out carrot shapes to decorate the top of your cake. Once you have drawn all your carrots, wash out the piping bag, then add the green icing to make little leaves on top.
