 Ahhhh, fun and games. All the GAMES! All the FUN! Funny and gamey! Gamey and funny! They,re GREAT!
Until you get bEaTeN and your friend who just beat you does a mahoosive “HaR-dE-HaR-HaR!” right in your face, then does a rEaLlY aNnOyInG dance round and round you until you wish a mEtEoR would smash right through the roof and land on top of them.
But at least that’s more or less the worst thing that would happen if you lost.
It’s not like you’d be made to eat a whole jar of your Great Aunt Ethel’s toenail clippings or anything.
And if I win, you have to eat these maggots!
Sure! I LOVE maggots!
  And even if you DiD have to do that, it would still be mUcH less awful than what happened to Aztecs if they lost certain games. So, if you think YoU’vE got it bad . . . (you know the rest).
Although the Aztecs loved sports and games, they were often played as part of religious ceremonies. The sacred game of tlachtli – played on a special stone court near the great temple – was one of them, and it was very important.
Something tells me we´re not That´s SO not fair. going to win.
