 Moving around
Your muscles are underneath your skin. You can control some muscles with your brain and some muscles, like the heart, work on their own. The more you use your muscles, the bigger and stronger they get.

  Your biceps bends your arm
Your triceps straightens your arm
     Muscles in your arms are called biceps and triceps. They work together to help you bend your elbow.

The group of muscles in your chest are called pectorals and the muscles in your tummy are called abdominals.
Your forehead muscles help you frown
  There are over 40 muscles
on your face. They help you raise your eyebrows, scrunch up your nose and even kiss!

  Your cheek muscles help you smile
Your eye muscles help you blink
