The theme for September is
"Bloom Where You're Planted,"
which signifies that a person
should take advantage of the
opportunities that come their BLOOM
way and be grateful for where
they are now. Red neon lights

represent a life full of courage,
love, and individuality. All of

passion, and passion's "life
force" is red. As a result, even ACC2
