"Dala ng Alon” is a design concept seeking to

uniquely maximize the experience of dining
near Manila Bay by taking inspiration from

the Badjao, the “Sea Gypisies” of the Sulu

and Celebes Seas.

There is a use of recycled materials such as

plastic bags as this is the top pollutant in

Badjaos are talented in weaving colorful

patterns which reflect their personalities and

culture.
