THE SHOUT OF THE KING
DAY 3
SEVEN MIRACLES
ANGELS BRING INTO YOUR LIFE
I
n Act 12:6-8 the Bible says “And when Herod would
have brought him forth, the same night Peter was
sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains:
and the keepers before the door kept the prison
7 "And, behold, the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a
light shined in the prison: and he smote Peter on the side,
and raised him up, saying. Arise up quickly. And his chains
fell off from his hands”
And the angel said unto him, Gird thyself, and bind on thy
sandals. And so he did. And he saith unto him, Cast thy
garment about thee, 1 and, follow me. “
In this scripture reading, we witness a remarkable moment
in the life of Peter. Herod intended to bring Peter forth for
judgment, and that very night, Peter found himself sleeping
between two soldiers, bound with two chains. The keepers
stood watch before the prison door. Suddenly, the angel of
the Lord appeared, and a radiant light filled the prison.
Striking Peter on the side, the angel raised him up,
proclaiming, "Arise up quickly." Miraculously, Peter's
chains fell off. The angel instructed him to gird himself, bind
on his sandals, and follow. Peter, guided by divine
intervention, experienced a supernatural deliverance.
