3. Customize that template with your book’s title, subtitle,
byline and add or swap out any imagery you want to using
the intuitive Canva interface.
4. Then you simply download your spanking new cover image
as a .png file and insert it as a new first page in the same
Google Doc all of your book content is in.
Canva even created an AI image generation engine inside their
software that you can play with to create the perfect original
imagery if you can’t find the right one from their exhaustive
image library. And that’s all you have to do to save loads of
money and create your own book covers for yourself. In fact
that’s exactly how I created the cover for this book and it turned
out great I think. You must agree or you wouldn’t have
purchased it!
Now that you have all of your content for your book, a swanky
cover image and your Table Of Contents in your Google Doc
you’ll just export it. Thankfully all the super smart folks working
at Google make this incredibly easy for you. With two clicks you
can download your book in one or both of the two best formats
for sending it to your customers after they purchase.
