ABOUT THE AUTHOR

My name is Daphne Hart. I am a born-

again believer in Jesus Christ, lovingly
known by my brothers and sisters in

Christ as Sister Hart or Sister Daphne. I
accepted Christ as my personal Savior in 1988, and I

have never once regretted that life-changing decision.

Now 89 years old, I am the proud mother of seven

children—six daughters and one son. Together, they’ve
blessed me with thirteen grandchildren and, the last time

I counted, about eight great-grandchildren. Though one

of my daughters, my second to last, went home to be
with the Lord three years ago at the age of fifty-four, I

rest in the comfort of knowing she is with Him. Rest in
peace, my darling.

I pray that the Lord will continue to bless and keep my

family and each of you in His care. I hope you find
