Closed Relay Key Points:
              •  Park to protect the pump operator
                 and give other vehicles access
              •  Use the largest output pump as the
                 base pump
              •  Use the biggest diameter hoses and
                 twin feeders between pumps
              •  Set the relief valves
              •  Establish communications between
                 the pump   operators
              •  Allow air to escape between the
                 pumps
              •  Raise and lower the pressure in a
                 controlled way
              •  Always shut down from the base
                 pump
              •  Ensure the inlet pressure on the
                 compound gauge stays above 100
                 kPa. This includes a base pump
                 working from a hydrant supply.
