Goal 1:
Deeply understand the needs of the
Association and C-Suite leaders
Addressing an ongoing association industry-wide concern—-member data intelligence
and/or lack thereof will help personalize the member experience through the development
of a data-driven process.
A key element to improving retention is to determine the root causes. Better techniques
and strategies will be developed to adjust to current drivers…i.e, on-boarding and exit
surveys, focus groups, etc., to address three broad areas:
1. Perception of ASAE’s Member Resources & Services – Are we meeting your needs?
2. Membership Investment – Overall member satisfaction.
3. Challenges and Needs – What’s keeping you up at night?
