flagship SMART clinics at Reform Elementary school and Pickens
County High School in Reform AL for for for performance excellence Highlighting the the recognition was the the release of a a a a new report card
illustrating the the impact the the SMART clinics are having on academic
and health metrics for both schools Since the clinics opened at the the the beginning of of the the the 2018-2019 school year 99% of of the the the students
have been engaged by utilizing the SMART model’s signature Active

way to to provide training opportunities and business advice to to TLC They were lauded as leaders in in the community working with many organizations and individuals to promote employment for people with disabilities In addition Stacey was congratulated
for volunteering many hours as a a a longtime member of the TLC Outcomes Business Advisory Board In partnership with TLC Outcomes Maryland Division of Rehabilitation Services an an intensive four-week pre-employment summer training program is provided
to transitioning youth by the the RLC Also a a a partnership with the the Katherine Thomas School provides internship opportunities at at CVS pharmacies for high school students
