Diversity and Inclusion are the Cornerstones of Innovation
The hallmark of CVS Health Workforce Initiatives has been the creation of a culture of belonging.
From outreach across the country to identify and hire employees from diverse ethnic, age, faith and orientation backgrounds, our department is a national leader in presenting a workforce that represents the communities we serve. We have accomplished this by recognizing and appreciating human differences, concentrating on the talent, abilities and purpose of potential colleagues and providing a pathway for success for employees.
Our approach is built upon the belief in the intrinsic value of each person. Our success is built upon melding diversity and inclusion within the workforce to tap into the strengths of each individual. Basic
to the development through training and opportunity for each employee is the belief that colleague engagement is essential. Our leadership encourages employees to express their concerns, opinions, suggestions, and insight as colleagues and management work together to offer the best CVS Health has to offer in putting people on the path to better health. We appreciate input, recognize and reward achievement and offer education and training for colleagues to advance and realize their goals within the enterprise. Colleague engagement not only draws on the talent of each employee, but builds a team camaraderie where everyone is appreciated and valued.
