 Talent Pipeline Groups
A talent pipeline is a pool of candidates who are ready to fill a position. Workforce Initiatives commitment to developing and sustaining a diverse and inclusive work environment includes the implementation of Talent Pipeline Groups made up of teams focused on recruiting, training and offering employment opportunities to targeted populations.

offer people with disabilities equal access to the security and prosperity that secure jobs and
stable communities provide. Partners include non-profits, social agencies, schools, faith-based communities and local, state and national entities.

We believe that originality and new ideas have no age limit. The Talent is Ageless Talent Pipeline Group cultivates public and private partnerships at local, state and national levels with the goal of recruiting more mature workers into all areas of the enterprise.

The Youth Talent Pipeline Group seeks to engage, attract and inspire youth of various ages, backgrounds and educational paths in order to support the future needs of CVS Health. myCVS Journey, the core youth program, is designed to engage in age-appropriate awareness, exploration and preparation for health care careers.
Sr. Advisor: David Lee, WI Director | Leads: Melanie Kramer, WI Advisor; John White, WI Advisor Through a national commitment to military alliances, the Military Alliance Talent Pipeline Group supports enterprise wide programs and outreach that helps veterans and their families to transition from military life to meaningful private sector civilian careers.
     Engaged Workforce Initiatives Colleagues
Colleague Resource Groups (CRGs) are voluntary colleague-led organizations that encourage personal and professional development, promotes diversity and serves as a resource to CVS Health. Members of CRGs often share a common affinity such as gender, ethnicity, cultural identity, focus or constituency. The enterprise network of CRGs benefits both group members and the company. Workforce Initiatives actively promotes team members to participate in CRG membership and to attend meetings, events and activities that advance the company’s purpose, values and the communities we serve.
