Peppermint
“The Go-Getter” BOGO 5 Peppermint
What Is Peppermint?
Peppermint essential oil is just like your go-getter friend who stays cool
under pressure and ready for anything. All you need to do is keep up!
Its high menthol content gives it a signature cooling effect that’s both energizing and
refreshing, making it one of the most invigorating oils in your wellness toolkit. Known
for supporting cognitive health and digestion when used internally, Peppermint can
turn a sluggish afternoon into a second wind and help calm upset tummies after a
rich meal or a bumpy car ride.* It’s the perfect companion for keeping your energy up
and your stomach steady, especially during the high heat and hustle of summer.*
Next time you need a pick-me-up, apply a drop to your temples,
back of the neck, or palms. Breathe it in, feel the cool rush, and
let that fresh burst carry you into your next adventure.
How Do I Use Peppermint?
Aromatically
Beat the sweltering heat before your car even cools off. Add two to three
drops of Peppermint to a cotton ball and tuck it into your car’s air vent. As
the AC works to kick in, it will circulate a refreshing, energizing aroma!
After an afternoon at the park or swimming pool, energy can dip fast. Add a drop
of Peppermint to your palms, rub together, and cup over your nose. Take a few
deep, refreshing breaths before heading to dinner or tackling the evening.
Topically
Apply a couple drops of Peppermint to the back of your neck before outdoor
workouts to beat the summer heat and help your body naturally cool down.
After a day at a waterpark or the beach where you or the kids walked barefoot on the
hot ground, combine one to two drops of Peppermint with Fractionated Coconut Oil
and massage into the bottoms of your feet to help them cool down and recover.
