Cooling Bandana
Materials Needed:
1 clean, lightweight cotton bandana or handkerchief
1–2 drops Peppermint
1 cup cold water
Bowl or zip-top bag
Optional: 1 drop Lavender (for soothing)
Optional: 1 teaspoon witch hazel (for oil dispersion)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl or bag, mix the cold water with witch hazel (if using).
2. Add the essential oils to the liquid and stir or shake.
3. Soak the bandana in the mixture for 5–10 minutes.
4. Wring out gently and store in a sealed bag in your cooler or fridge.
5. When ready, tie around your neck, forehead, or wrists for a cooling,
invigorating experience.
