His journey went on to create several very successful, and some not so successful, cooperatives in very diverse industries.
Over the last five years, led by his leader within, he moved from successful business man to successful farmer and from divorced father of two boys to a new marriage and young daughter - all driven by a focus on intuitive leadership.
