what you can see? The entrepreneur or risk-taker is able to use their intuition to get a glimpse of what is beyond their horizon.
This describes, for me, how people like Steve Jobs (Apple) and Fred Smith (FedEx) were able to make the leaps and bounds necessary to change how we live and view our world.
We each have our horizons, our comfort levels, how far we are willing to leap to fulfill our life’s dreams or visions. The difference between the entrepreneurial risk-taker, and the average business person, is that the entrepreneur will intuit the future in terms of what is possible rather than the obstacles that will stand in their way.
Another way to look at intuition
Here David talks about a different way to look at intuition - a momentary change in perspective.
Trusting your intuition
This is a very important distinction. As quoted earlier, “we don’t see the world as it is, but rather as we are.” Intuition here might be considered as a way to momentarily see the world as it is.
