Which thought feels better...
Very often, our mind is busily looking at what is not working in an attempt to correct it. We get blocked from focusing on what is desired and therefore receiving input from our leader within.
This exercise attempts to move your thinking to a more positive, better feeling place prior to asking or during the process of asking for direction.
Write down the topic that is causing your negative thoughts?
Describe the issue in as much detail as possible.
Write down statements about how you really feel about in as much depth as possible.
Now begin to reach for some thoughts that feel better. Write them down. Continue until you’re reaching more positive energy.
