Evaluating Dreams
Often Your Leader Within will communicate with you through your dreams. This simple exercise will provide valuable direction for your life.
As you go to sleep, consciously acknowledge that your dreams reflect your thoughts in a different way. Go to sleep saying:
“It is my intention to rest well and to awaken refreshed. If there is anything important for me to know, I will recall it when I awaken.”
This exercise is very important as you begin to experience that you do have control over your own mind and thoughts.
